  • Dietary Preferences and Meal Plans: Information about your dietary preferences, meal plans, nutrient goals, and food-related habits.

  • Personal and Postpartum Details: Data such as your age, date of giving birth, number of children, feeding preferences (e.g., breastfeeding, formula feeding), and birth type (e.g., vaginal, C-section).

We only use this information to enhance your app experience and provide personalized insights tailored to your postpartum journey.

  • Direct Input: Data you manually log into the Forpartum app, such as postpartum recovery details, feeding preferences, and mood trackers.
  • Interactions with the App: Information derived from your use of app features, such as symptom tracking or energy logs.

  • Delivering and Improving Services: Creating personalized insights based on your logged data, such as postpartum recovery, dietary recommendations, and sleep insights.
