Forpartum
About the Founder

I built Forpartum because I lived what too many mothers are told to survive in silence.

What happens to mothers and babies matters. I will not look away.

Forpartum is the resource I wish I had. An app, a library, a learning space, and a movement, created to support mothers in the real, layered experience of becoming and being one.

My Why

Motherhood changed me in ways I couldn't have imagined. I felt unprepared, unseen, and without language for what I was becoming.

I turned to science, to stories, to music, to ancient wisdom, and to the voices of mothers across cultures. I found fragments of what I needed. Nothing that held it all.

To give mothers the knowledge, tools, and language that honor the full reality of their experience.

To blend neuroscience, lived experience, and cultural wisdom into practical, compassionate support.

To create a new paradigm of maternal care, one that centers the mother, not just the baby.

My path. My work.

I bring together many disciplines because motherhood touches every part of who we are. This work lives at the intersection of science, story, sound, and soul.

Writer

I write to make sense of the maternal experience and create language for what goes so often unspoken.

Music Producer

I create music and sound experiences that support regulation, healing, and connection.

Researcher

I study the neuroscience, psychology, and cultural dimensions of matrescence.

Doula

I support mothers through birth, postpartum, and the early seasons of transformation.

Midwife in Training

I am deepening my clinical knowledge to better serve mothers and babies with skill and heart.

Designer

I design experiences that are beautiful, intuitive, and grounded in meaning and purpose.

Forpartum is my love letter to mothers.
To the ones who came before me.
To the ones beside me.
And to the ones becoming.
