At FORPARTUM, we value our customers and strive to provide a supportive and valuable postpartum wellness experience. We understand that situations may change, and we want to ensure our users are informed about our cancellation and refund policies.
1. Subscription Cancellation Policy
Monthly and Annual Subscriptions: FORPARTUM offers both monthly and annual subscription options. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled by the user at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
How to Cancel: Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) or by navigating to the subscription settings in the FORPARTUM app. Cancellation requests made directly through the app will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Effective Date of Cancellation: Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing period, whether monthly or annual. Users will continue to have access to premium content until the billing period concludes.
No Partial Refunds for Early Cancellation: FORPARTUM does not provide refunds or credits for any partially used subscription periods. Users who cancel during a billing period will retain access until the end of that billing period, at which point the subscription will terminate.
2. Refund Policy
In-App Purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play Store: FORPARTUM subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by the respective platform’s policies. Refund requests for these subscriptions must be submitted directly to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. FORPARTUM cannot process refunds for in-app purchases made on these platforms.
Eligibility for Refunds: FORPARTUM does not offer refunds for subscriptions once a billing period has begun. In exceptional cases, we may consider refunds for users who experience significant technical issues with the app that could not be resolved through support. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the billing date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund: If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact FORPARTUM Customer Support at support@forpartum.com with details of the issue, your subscription type, and your purchase confirmation. Our team will review the request and, if eligible, process the refund through the original payment method.
3. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Free Trial Cancellations: Some users may be eligible for a free trial period before subscribing. To avoid charges, users must cancel their free trial at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If not canceled, the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged.
Promotional Subscriptions: Any refunds on subscriptions purchased through a special promotion will be calculated based on the amount paid and will be subject to the same cancellation policies. Promotional offers cannot be retroactively applied to past purchases or combined with other discounts.
4. Changes to Pricing and Subscription Terms
FORPARTUM reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or terms at any time. Users will be notified of any price changes in advance, and the new price will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Users who do not agree with the updated pricing may cancel their subscription following the instructions above.
