Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 17, 2026

Our commitment

Forpartum is built for mothers navigating real bodies, real fatigue, changing attention, sensory needs, disability, and limited bandwidth. We want our app, website, courses, audio, music, stories, workbooks, and support materials to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

Accessibility is ongoing work. We are working toward alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where those guidelines apply to our digital experiences. This statement describes a goal and process; it is not a claim that every page, file, feature, or third-party service currently conforms.

Accessibility practices we are working toward

  • Clear headings, labels, instructions, and consistent navigation.
  • Readable text, sufficient color contrast, and content that does not rely on color alone.
  • Keyboard access and visible focus indicators for interactive website features.
  • Support for screen readers and device accessibility settings, including meaningful labels for controls and images.
  • Captions, transcripts, or text alternatives for important spoken audio and video where practicable.
  • Text resizing, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion considerations.
  • Plain language and short, scannable sections that reduce cognitive load.
  • Accessible documents and alternative formats for core materials where practicable.
  • Testing with automated tools, manual review, and feedback from disabled users as the Services evolve.

Known limitations

Some older downloads, complex visual materials, audio content, embedded media, or third-party checkout, app-store, course, social-media, and payment experiences may not yet meet our accessibility goals. Third-party services are partly outside our control, but we welcome reports about barriers encountered while reaching or using Forpartum content.

Request help or an alternative format

If you cannot access part of Forpartum, email contact@forpartum.com with:

  • The page, feature, course, audio, document, or product involved.
  • What you were trying to do.
  • The barrier you encountered.
  • Your preferred format or accommodation, if you have one.
  • Your device, browser, or assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing it.

You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. We will acknowledge your message and make a good-faith effort to provide access, information, or a reasonable alternative as promptly as practicable. If email itself is inaccessible for you, you can also reach us through the contact form at forpartum.com/contact.

Feedback

Accessibility feedback helps us improve. We welcome both reports of barriers and suggestions from people who use assistive technology or have sensory, cognitive, motor, visual, hearing, speech, or other access needs.

Compatibility

The Forpartum website and app are intended to work with current versions of commonly used browsers, mobile operating systems, and built-in accessibility tools. Experiences may vary on older software or unsupported devices. Keeping your browser, operating system, and app version current may improve compatibility and security.
