Welcome to Forpartum! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Forpartum mobile application (“App”) and website (“Website”), owned and operated by Forpartum LLC.
By accessing or using Forpartum, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use immediately.
Forpartum reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will:
- Update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
- Provide notice within the App when required by law.
- Continued use of Forpartum after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. PRIVACY POLICY & DATA PROTECTION
By using Forpartum, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
- No Personal Identifiers – Your name and email are anonymized upon storage.
- No Ads, No Data Sales – We do not sell personal data or monetize via advertisements.
- No Third-Party Tracking – We do not share user data with advertisers, brokers, or external agencies.
- Role-Based Access Control – Only the Super Admin (Founder) has access to anonymized user logs within a password-protected system.

3. DESCRIPTION OF FORPARTUM SERVICES
Forpartum is a postpartum wellness application that provides:
-Personalized Meal Plans – Nutrient-dense meals tailored to postpartum recovery.
-Wellness Trackers – Log mood, stress, energy levels, sleep patterns, pain, and physical symptoms.
-Mental Health Support – Guided wellness sessions and therapeutic content.
-Postpartum Recovery Resources – Support for both vaginal birth and C-section recovery.
–Community Support – Engage with other mothers in a private, ad-free space.
-Nervous System Support – Tools for stress relief and emotional regulation.

4. USER ACCOUNTS & SECURITY
A. Account Registration
To access Forpartum’s full features, users must create an account with:
- A name (anonymized upon storage).
- A valid email address (also anonymized).
B. User Responsibilities
By creating an account, you agree to:
– Provide accurate and truthful information.
– Keep your login credentials confidential.
– Immediately report unauthorized access to support@forpartum.com.
C. Age Restrictions
- Must be 18 or older to create an account.
- Parents/legal guardians may use the app on behalf of minors, but they are responsible for all activity under the account.
D. Account Deletion & Data Retention
- User-Requested Deletion – You may delete your account at any time within the App settings.
- Forpartum Termination Rights – We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Data Retention – Upon account deletion, all personally identifiable data is permanently erased.
5. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Forpartum provides general wellness support only.
- No Medical Advice – The content is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.
- No Diagnoses or Treatments – Forpartum does not diagnose conditions, provide prescriptions, or recommend specific treatments.
- Consult a Healthcare Provider – Users should seek professional medical advice before making health decisions based on insights from the App.
Forpartum assumes no liability for medical decisions based on app content.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE & PROHIBITED CONDUCT
By using Forpartum, you agree NOT to:
Upload content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights.
Use the App for fraudulent, malicious, or unauthorized purposes.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access proprietary source code.
Circumvent security measures or attempt to access admin-level controls.
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws while using the App.
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Forpartum’s content, design, and technology are owned by Forpartum LLC and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
–Trademarks – “Forpartum” is a registered trademark of Forpartum LLC.
-Patent-Pending Technology – Forpartum incorporates Evolving Nurturing Technology™, exclusively owned by Forpartum LLC.
Users may not:
-Copy, redistribute, or repurpose Forpartum’s proprietary technology.
– Use Forpartum’s branding, logo, or content without written consent.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
8. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
-Forpartum is provided “as is” without guarantees.
–No Warranties – We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or specific health outcomes.
-Limited Liability – Forpartum LLC is not responsible for:
– Decisions made based on App insights.
– Data losses, service disruptions, or cybersecurity breaches.
– Third-party content or external links referenced within the App.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for Forpartum services.
9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
-Jurisdiction – These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA.
–Arbitration Clause – Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Arizona.
-No Class Actions – Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Forpartum LLC.
10. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING & REFUNDS
Subscription Plans & Pricing – Forpartum operates on a subscription model with the following plans:
– Monthly Subscription: $7.99/month
– Annual Subscription: $69/year
– Limited-Time Offer: $7.99/year for early adopters
Billing & Payments
– Payments are processed through Apple App Store & Google Play Store.
– Users must agree to the store’s payment policies.
– Subscription fees automatically renew unless canceled.
Refund Policy
– Refunds are handled according to App Store (iOS) & Google Play (Android) policies.
– No refunds are issued directly by Forpartum.
User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before renewal if you no longer wish to use Forpartum.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & INTEGRATIONS
Forpartum does not integrate with third-party services that track user behavior.
If third-party tools (e.g., Apple Health, Google Fit) are added in the future, explicit user opt-in will be required.
Forpartum does not sell or share data with any external parties, including third-party health tracking apps.
12. LIMITED LIABILITY FOR TECHNICAL ISSUES
No Guaranteed Uptime – While we strive for uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
Limited Liability for Bugs or Errors – If Forpartum experiences technical errors, we are not liable for any damages or issues caused by app malfunctions.
App Compatibility – Users must ensure that their devices meet minimum system requirements.
13. USER CONTENT & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Forpartum may offer community-based features. Users agree not to:
-Post harmful, misleading, or offensive content.
-Harass, impersonate, or threaten other users.
-Share medical misinformation or unsafe health practices.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
14. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Forpartum LLC reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate user accounts violating these Terms.
Discontinue specific features or the entire service at our discretion.
Modify pricing or access policies with advance notice.
If Forpartum is discontinued, all user data will be permanently deleted.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
Forpartum is not responsible for service failures caused by:
Natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
Cybersecurity breaches or data losses outside of our control.
Third-party service disruptions affecting Apple, Google, or payment processors.
